Seasonal programs are offered throughout the year at our parish.  Be sure to check the bulletin as the date approaches for more information on each one.  Some of these events include:

• Cana Dinner:  Our adults-only Cana Dinner, which celebrates the sacrament of marriage, will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 6:00 pm in Pater Hall at St. John Fisher.  All are invited, regardless of your marital status.  Register and pay in advance by visiting sjfchurch/canadinner; registrations must be received by Sunday, February 2nd.  Because this is a catered event, refunds will not be given after the registration deadline.
• Ash Wednesday Simple Supper: Wednesday, March 5, 2025.  Mass at 6:15 pm followed by a Soup Supper at 7:15 pm in Pater Hall.  Join us as we gather to begin our Lenten journey together.
• May Crowning: Sunday, May 12, 2024, following the 11:00 am Mass. Join us as we honor Mary with a procession, prayer and flowers.
• St. Francis of Assisi Prayer Service and Blessing of the Animals:   Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the parish parking lot. Bring your lawn chairs and pets for this special celebration in honor of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals. As we pray together, we will ask God's blessings on our pets.
• Advent Wreath Making Workshop:  Typically held on the 1st Sunday of Advent immediately following both Masses.  On this first Sunday of the Advent season, your family is invited to join us in Pater Hall to make a fresh, evergreen Advent wreath for your home. After the wreaths are made, they will be blessed and families will be given prayers to use at home throughout the season.
• St. Nick Dinner: Sunday, December 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in Pater Hall. Join our parish family for a spaghetti dinner and maybe, just maybe a special visit from St. Nick himself! We will also learn a bit about the life of this generous and beloved bishop.
